Oak Cliff Coffee in East Dallas

As you know we have a bi-monthly delivery service in Oak Cliff (it’s how we started our business).  Every first and third Tuesday of the month, our neighbors get to wake up to freshly roasted coffee hanging on their door knobs.  We have had many requests to expand our route into East Dallas, and although we have not been able to do that yet, we have the next best thing. 

Starting August 20th, you will be able to buy your favorite fresh-roasted Oak Cliff Coffee in East Dallas.  Cafe Koine is located on the Dallas Thelogical Seminary Campus, 4005 Swiss Ave., inside the Mitchell Center building.  The Cafe’s hours are Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm.  It’s open to the public, so anyone can either stop in and enjoy a cup there or buy a bag to take home.  

We are glad to be working with the Seminary, and have met with some great folks there.  We look forward to this opportunity to serve East Dallas and begin growing these relationships.

Celebration Market

As many of you know we are currently participating in Celebration Farmer’s Market that runs on Saturdays throughout the rest of the summer.  We are now announcing that we will be selling our fresh roasted coffee at Celebration’s Market starting tomorrow, July 11.  The market is located next to Celebration Restaurant, at 4515 W. Lovers Lane.  It is open Monday – Friday from 10 – 7:30, Saturday 10 – 6, and Sunday 12 – 5.  Now any day of the week you can get fresh Oak Cliff Coffee on Lovers Lane.

Kavala Mediterranean Grill

Beginning today, June 30, we will be serving our coffee at Kavala Mediterranean Grill.  Kavala is located 1417 West Davis St., we are excited to have another Oak Cliff restaurant serving our coffee.  We will be offering our Ethiopia Sidamo and O.C. Decaf to go along with your favorite desserts.  Kavala has good mediterranean food and now good coffee, go and check it out.

Oak Cliff Coffee at Ann’s Market

We are very excited to finally have some retail access in Oak Cliff!  If you find yourself in immediate need of our fresh-roasted coffee and you cannot wait until the next delivery day, or you live outside of our delivery area you can (starting Thursday, April 30th) Ann’s Market.

Personally, I’m excited about this because Ann’s is a place where I love to shop and each lunch (they have good sandwiches!).  It is great to see our product on their shelves and to be able to support a fellow Oak Cliff business.

Trinity River Audubon Center Selling Oak Cliff Coffee

For those of you who are outside of our delivery area, we are adding another location where you can pick up a bag of Oak Cliff Coffee.  The new Trinity River Audubon Center, which opened last fall, is revamping their Nature Store(opening Wednesday, April 29th). 

They will be selling a few local food items including our coffee.  If you haven’t been down there yet it’s worth taking an afternoon and checking it out.  They have 4 miles of hiking trails along the Trinity River.

Espumoso Cafe and Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters?

Update:  We will not be offering our coffee at Espumoso Cafe.

The Advocate mentioned in their Oak Cliff blog today that the Espumoso Cafe might possibly be serving our coffee when it opens in late April.  We have been in touch with one of the owners, but there is nothing officially happening… yet.  We are excited about an opportunity to have our coffee served in Oak Cliff.  We’ll keep you updated!

Crooked Tree Coffeehouse – Now Serving!

Beginning next week, The Crooked Tree Coffeehouse in Uptown will be serving fresh roasted coffee from Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters.  The Crooked Tree opened last summer and it is run by two ladies (Sarah and Kristyn) who are passionate about coffee and people. 

We are very excited about the opportunity to work with them and to have our coffee served at their shop.  It’s a cool place tucked away just off McKinney Ave. (2414 Routh Street).  The shop is in a converted 1920-house and it has a great feel and even better coffee!

You should go and check it out and make sure to ask for Oak Cliff Coffee!

Coffee at the Chamber

We want to thank the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce for their enthusiasm and support of Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters.  They now exclusively serve Oak Cliff Coffee in the office as well as for meetings and special events.  Next time you are there, we hope you’ll enjoy a fresh cup!
