From now until April 29th PBS’s Point of View is streaming the documentary, Food Inc. If you haven’t seen it, I think it presents very important information for us as consumers.
The basis of the movie is the importance of being connected with the producers of the food you eat, knowing where and how it’s produced. It’s not about coffee, but similar rules apply, and it’s simply things we all should know, but don’t.
